This page explains what Marlowe & Co. Real Estate learns about you through this website, why we keep it and who sees it. The short version: we keep what you send us so we can help you buy or sell a home, and we never sell it.

What you send us

When you fill out the contact form, we receive what you type:

That message goes to our office inbox. Mara or Theo reads it, and we use it to call or text you back, set up showings and prepare a price for your home. We keep your notes with your name so we remember what you’re looking for.

What we don’t do

What the website records on its own

Like most websites, ours keeps basic server logs: the date, the page visited and the address of the device that asked for it. Our web host keeps these for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to identify you.

This site doesn’t set tracking cookies. If you log in to manage the site, WordPress sets a cookie to keep you signed in. Guests never get one.

If you tap the heart to save a home, your saved list stays in your own browser on your own device. It never reaches us, and clearing your browser data erases it.

Who else sees it

Our web host stores the site and its form messages. Our email provider delivers them to us. Neither is allowed to use your information for anything else.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@marloweandco.com or call (555) 017-2846. If we need to keep a record by law, such as a signed contract, we’ll tell you which one and why.
